5 easy steps heal Colds and Coughs

People who experience cough colds are usually accompanied by symptoms that make uncomfortable. But there are 5 steps that can be done to relieve the condition of someone cough colds. Coughs and colds are spread through droplets of bacteria or virus that flew in the air. Estimated there were about 200 types of virus that can cause this condition. Adults will experience a cold for about 2-5 times a year, while the kids get to 5-10 times a year. Most people will be more vulnerable to contracting the cough and colds during winter, it is due to a drop in temperature in the vicinity as well as a diminished immune.

Although there are 5 easy steps so that someone can do to relieve coughs and colds are suffered, was quoted as saying of Indiavision, Saturday (10/12/2011):

1 . Bathing using hot water
baths by using hot water could make body also be calm and relaxed , and helping relieve mucus that accumulates in the chest so it can breathe easier . 

2 . Consuming soup warm 
consuming soup warm consisting of chicken and vegetables very good for the body of . soup warm it was not only help clears the air passages but also give energy and force needed by the body  

3 Consuming one spoon honey 
Consume a pure and natural honey can be an effective way to get rid of whooping cough, just consumption of 1 spoon of honey every day.

4 Gargle with salt water
Try taking 1 spoonful of salt and mix it with warm water, then use this mixture to gargle at least 4 times a day.

5 Do inhalation steam 
inhalation or vaporization including a way that effective enough to cure coughing and a headache occur because of accumulation of mucus . vapour inhaled will help liquefy mucus secreted so easier and more easy breathing .
